HOW DO I BECOME A VIP?
Sign up at either yard and receive your card on the spot !..Or become a U-Pull-It VIP member by simply downloading the survey and registration form HERE as a .pdf.Fill it out and Fax it back to 8382 1742 or E-mail it to counterupu@bigpond.com and we shall post out your VIP card within 14 days for immediate use at either yard.

VIP points are YARD-SPECIFIC . Please note that points you accrue at Lonsdale are redeemable only at Lonsdale and vice versa for Elizabeth.

I HAVE LOST MY CARD, WHAT DO I DO?
Lost your card? Or changed your details... EMAIL us your NAME, MOBILE, ADDRESS and EMAIL ADDRESS to counterupu@bigpond.com and we will send you out a new card with updated details on file.

I understand that my VIP loyalty points will be refreshed to a zero balance every 24 months if unredeemed.
I understand VIP points are yard-specific in regards to accumulation and redemption.
U-Pull-It may or may not contact me about new vehicle arrivals that may interest me.
To be eligible for VIP offers I must produce my VIP card upon request.
